1. Choose a template for your Website. For great web ideas, click this link:

2. Type your company profile and contact information Convert this into HTML code. Insert the code into your template and save the file with the name index.htm   This will be your Home Page.



3. Type detailed summaries of all your service and product categories. Convert this into HTML code. Insert each summary into a separate template and name each file what it is. (If you are selling dog food, then name that file dogfood.htm).



4. Create a button graphic for every service and product category. Add the HTML code to display all buttons with links to the appropriate web pages.



5. Write a list of your keywords and key phrases for search engine queries. For great keyword ideas, click this link:

6. Create your META Tags containing your page title, description and keywords. Add the HTML code to every Web page. For free help with META Tags, click these links:

7. Optimize your Webpages for better positioning with the Search Engines. Techniques include keyword rich paragraphs in the body, relevant filenames, Image ALT Tags, Internet Links, HTML Comments, etc.



8. Upload all files to your Web hosting server. View every page from the Internet and correct minor errors in your HTML code.

10. Shrink your HTML Code to decrease load time. For a Freeware Utility, click this link:

11. Check all the Internet Yellow Pages. If you are not listed, then submit your contact information. For a Free List, click this link:

12. Submit your Home Page URL and company profile to the Internet Directories. For a Free List, click this link:

13. Wait a week for those Directory submissions to increase your Link Popularity. To see the number of Websites that have Links to your site, click here:

14. Submit your Home Page URL, keyword list and company profile to the Internet Search Engines. For a Free List, click this link:

15. Wait a day, then submit a subpage (services &/or products page) to the Search Engines that don't automatically include all pages from your Website. Repeat at the rate of one different subpage per day.



16. Be Patient. Most sites have a long waiting list. Some sites will add you within a week. But major sites take from 1 to 4 months to decide whether to reject or include your Website. Never Spam a site with dozens of identical submissions, or you may be banned.
